We have a large resource of occupationally competent assessors, verifiers and lecturers who all specialise in this sector and hold the relevant, assessing, verifying and teaching qualifications.
We provide a high quality provision to all learners and employers. Robust quality assurance procedures are in place to ensure all assessment and verification processes are monitored tracked and managed effectively.
We have developed an innovative and creative training package that meets all Common Induction requirements and knowledge requirements of the NVQ Health and Social Care Level 2; ensuring learners have the competence, skills and knowledge to provide a quality service.
The founders of Dynamic Training have a substantial amount of experience within the Health and Social Care and education sector which ensures we are excellently placed to meet the specific needs of employers and learners.
Our ethos is founded in person centeredness, which we emphasise to our learners, however we continue this ethos when working with all stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of our business places the client, customer and learner at the centre of everything we do.
The provision of a high quality service for all is of paramount importance to us and we work with all parties to ensure all needs are met.
We provide opportunities to work with the many social inclusion projects emphasised by Government , this includes LDQ provision and qualifications to support vulnerable people, homeless, advocacy support, mental health provision, mentorship training.
We have also worked at the forefront of the Vocation Qualification Reform Programme, which is a Government initiative for all post 16 vocational provision. The development of the QCF (Qualification Credit Framework) which will be replacing the existing NQF (National Qualification Framework) from 2010.
We are excellently placed to support the sector as consultants in this national reform, as we have worked on the initial test and trials of the QCF through 2008 and the development of an information toolkit for employers and educationalists regarding the imminent reform with the Learning Skills Network. Strong links still remain with the LSIS (Learning Skills Information Service).
