This is a 6 hour course for any members of staff who require this accredited training for their role.
Course outline:
- Food Safety Legislation
- Food Safety and hygiene hazards
- Temperature control
- Refrigeration, chilling, cold holding
- Cooking, hot holding, reheating
- Food Handling
- Principles of safe food storage
- Food Premises and equipment
Assessment method:
Examination paper consisting of 30 multiple choice questions to be completed in 1 hour. Delegates who achieve 20 or more will pass.
Venue:
These courses can be delivered in the workplace or at Dynamic’s venue in the High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire and Bracknell in Berkshire
