Food Hygiene

Who are these courses for?

This is a 6 hour course for any members of staff who require this accredited training for their role.

Course outline:

  • Food Safety Legislation
  • Food Safety and hygiene hazards
  • Temperature control
  • Refrigeration, chilling, cold holding
  • Cooking, hot holding, reheating
  • Food Handling
  • Principles of safe food storage
  • Food Premises and equipment

Assessment method:

Examination paper consisting of 30 multiple choice questions to be completed in 1 hour. Delegates who achieve 20 or more will pass.

Venue:

These courses can be delivered in the workplace or at Dynamic’s venue in the High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire and Bracknell in Berkshire

Cost:

Inhouse

£700 (excluding VAT)  for up to of 15 people per organisation.
