Level 2 Apprenticeship in Customer Services
Apprenticeships are equivalent to five good GCSE passes.
Learners will achieve:
- Level 2 QCF Certificate in Customer Services.
- Level 2 BTEC Certificate in Certificate in Customer Services(QCF).
- Level 2 certificate in workskills for effective learning and employment (QCF)
- Key skills qualifications at level 1 in Maths and English.
This qualification is for any individuals who are new to Customer Services within the working environment
Progression Opportunitites
Learners can progress towards the level 3 Customer Services Apprenticeship Programme.
Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in Customer Services
Advanced Apprenticeships are equivalent to two A level passes.
Learners will achieve:
- Level 3 QCF Diploma in Customer Services.
- Level 3 BTEC Certificate in Customer Services (QCF).
- Level 3 Certificate in workskills for effective learning and employment (QCF)
- Key skills qualifications at level 2 in Maths and English
This qualification is for any individuals who are experienced working within Customer Services within the working environment
Delivery:
Within the workplace with one to one support with assessor/tutor or through taught group delivery.
Progression Opportunties
Learners can progress towards Customer Services level 4 qualifications and Management qualifications
