Great Celebration event at Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead
On Friday 17th April we celebrated with our young learners their achievement of Level 2 Health and Social Care Apprenticeships with Dynamic Training UK.
It only seemed like yesterday since we commenced the course in April 2014, as part of the Way into Work project supporting inclusion of people with a disability in the workplace.
We have seen their confidence grow in both the knowledge they have gained and working in a health and social care environment.
We faced many challenges along the way but always with a smile on our faces and sometimes we laughed!
The feedback from the learners was very positive and they all would recommend Dynamic Training UK to complete an apprenticeship. One of our learners, Hattie, said: "Apprenticeships are definitely worth it, they help you and support you and you’re learning on the job."
All the tutors who were part of the teaching team, thank you for your commitment. Thank you to all their mentors for their valued support and Ways into Work.
For all their hard work the learners have been successful in obtaining employment, both full time and part time within the health and social care sector.
Well done and thank you for making our Fridays so special.
