How is it delivered?
With one to one support through our 6 step coaching programme you can begin to realise what you want to achieve in life and begin to plan to realise your dreams. The programme consists of 6 one hour sessions, either face to face, via the phone, Skype or digital media and can be delivered specifically to meet your needs.
Programme content:
- Where am I now
- Where do I want to be – identify your dreams
- Setting Goals – making your dreams a reality
- Identifying your beliefs, values, life rules and human needs – what is holding you back!
- Who am I – what motivates, excites and engages you
- My ’element’ – the process and action steps you need to lead the life you want.
