There is growing evidence that health, work and well-being are closely and powerfully linked and need to be addressed together.  Enabling better health and well-being impacts skill retention/turnover, employee satisfaction, accident levels as well as business profile.

What we offer:

Dynamic Training UK in partnership with Strategic Health Ltd, Stop Smoking Service, Drugs and Alcohol team and many others’ partner have developed an accredited programme for front line managers. It is a level 4 progamme accredited through OCN (Open College Network) with 60 GLH. http://www.ocnlr.org.uk/

The programme offers a unique opportunity for front line managers to develop specific skill set and knowledge in:

  • Understanding and practice the behaviours which are likely to improve work climates
  • Improving personal resilience and well-being
  • Raising awareness about service improvement tools and methods
  • How to deliver productivity improvement
  • How to embed health & well-being strategies in the workplace
  • Accessing support services

How is the programme delivered?

The programme is delivered over 12 weeks, which includes 3 workshops and the remaining via moodle (a virtual learning environment).

Venue:

This programme can be delivered in the workplace or at Dynamic’s venue in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire and Bracknell in Berkshire

Cost:

£550 per person (excluding VAT) , this includes delivery, assessment, certification and registration.
