All our programmes are accredited for Edexcel Awarding Body and meet the National Standards for Management
To achieve the qualification 38 credits are required. The programme can be customised to suit your role and business needs.
The qualification consists of mandatory and optional units. The mandatory units earn 23 credits and the optional units earn 15 credits.
Mandatory Unit Titles:
- Develop and evaluate operational plans for own areas of Responsibility
- Provide leadership and direction for own area of responsibility
- Plan change in own area of responsibility
- Work Productively with colleagues and stakeholders

Payment Instalment Plan:
We offer an instalment plan if requested that consists of:
■50% fee upon induction (enrolment with the awarding organisation once payment received)
■25% the following month
■25% the following month
