Managing for Well Being and Productivity

 

There is increasing evidence that effective health and wellbeing strategies have a direct relationship to improving productivity. Having happy, healthy employees improves attendance, motivation and productivity and it doesn’t need to cost lots of money! 

 

Supporting better health and well-being will impact on skill retention/turnover, employee satisfaction, accident levels as well as your business profile.

 
Dynamic Training UK is running a pilot programme for front line managers that offers a unique opportunity for you to develop specific skill sets and knowledge in:

  • Understanding management behaviours to improve employee well being and engagement.
  • How to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Understanding strategies for increasing trust, respect and co-operation within the workplace.
  • Improving personal resilience and well-being.
  • Raising awareness about service improvement tools and methods.
  • How to embed health & well-being strategies in the workplace.
  • How to access a range of support services to support you.

How is the programme delivered?
This programme is delivered over 12 weeks, with 3 days taught; 2 consecutive days to commence and 1 follow up day, with a range of online and workplace activities for assessment and evidence gathering.  You will have access to a tutor through the online portal.

Access to the internet is essential!
Venue and Dates:
The programme will be delivered at Dynamic’s venue in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, on the 22nd  and 23rd July 2010. 

Further dates available in Sept 10 still to be confirmed.

Cost: 

£10

 for each of the first 50 places during the pilot phase. This pilot programme is funded by Progress South Central and endorsed by Slough Working Well.
