Dynamic Training UK

Dynamic Training UK History

Gail Irvine and Claire Gardner are the Directors of Dynamic Training UK

Gail and Claire were excellently placed to develop Dynamic Training UK in April 2009, as they both had been working together at an A grade Centre for awarding organisations and meeting Ofsted requirements within a Further Education University Setting.

Gail a qualified Social Worker and Claire a qualified Nurse and Health Visitor, who both have experience of working within Health and Social Care organisations. They have an excellent understanding of the needs of both sectors and are both passionate about driving excellence in practice to meet patient and service user’s needs, while understanding the constraints imposed on the sectors.

Claire’s professional background has been in health, learning disabilities, paediatrics, health visiting, management and social care until joining the university as an assessor, lead tutor for apprenticeship programmes in health and social care, also undertaking employer engagement and a marketing role.

Gail’s professional background has been in social care, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, elderly care, social services departments, NHS and the management of services until joining the University as a Curriculum Manager for care management qualifications.

Dynamic Training UK was born with clear values in terms of setting and maintaining high standards in teaching, learning, development, equality and diversity.

Dynamic Training UK has grown from strength to strength through recommendations and its reputation of high standards, an enthusiastic workforce and commitment.

Within the last two years Dynamic Training UK has grown from initially providing NVQs and training for a small Domiciliary Care Provider, to our current position of working with private, Domiciliary Care Services, Residential and Nursing Homes, Strategic Health Authorities, Local Authorities, NHS and PCTs. They now provide Qualification Credit Framework (QCF) programmes in a variety of areas such as Dementia, Health trainer, learning disability, mental health and clinical health pathways, staff development workshops/training, consultancy, project management and apprenticeships. Working with national companies creating bespoke accredited training packages.

We are currently the preferred providers for bands 1 – 4 QCF and apprenticeship delivery for Heatherwood and Wexham Park NHS Trust and Berkshire HealthCare NHS Trust and we also provide training and undertake project work with the Department of Work and Pensions, South Central Health Trainer Hub, Primary Care Trusts, Strategic Health Authority – South Central and many other agencies.

We are also currently working with the National Apprenticeship Service to support NHS London to ensure successful delivery of their Apprenticeship delivery.

We have entered into an exciting period of growth and we are enthusiastic for the future of Dynamic Training UK. If you choose Dynamic Training UK to work in partnership with you, in any of our Learning and Development roles, we guarantee you a high standard of customer service, excellent communication and the reassurance of the expertise of our workforce.
