Level 2 QCF Certificate in Customer Services
This course is for new and inexperienced customer service staff. To achieve the whole qualification at level 2, you must complete two mandatory units and achieve 20 credits from the optional units . A total of 28 credits must be completed.
Level 3 QCF Diploma in Customer Services
This qualification is for more experienced customer services staff who may be supervising others. To achieve the whole qualification at level 3 you must complete two mandatory units and a further 30 credits from the option units. A total of 42 credits must be completed.

Payment Instalment Plan:
We offer an instalment plan if requested that consists of:
■50% fee upon induction (enrolment with the awarding organisation once payment received)
■25% the following month
■25% the following month
Progression opportunities
Learners can progress towards the level 4 Customer Services qualification or towards the Management suite of programmes
These qualifications can also be completed as part of an apprenticeship programme.
