Skills Training up by 40% - we are part of it!

In June 2014 the country has seen a 40% boost in learners undertaking in Skills Training Programme for Job Seekers or Employment and Support Allowance. Minister of Employment Ester McVey said “As part of the government’s long-term economic plan, our frontline staffs in the 700 Jobcentres up and down the country are working with jobseekers so they have the right skills for their local jobs economy. It’s a testament to advisers working together with employers and claimants to boost skills and employability that we’ve seen such large rise in those starting training.”*

At Dynamic Training we adopt the Government agenda and work with learners to provide individual support to help them achieve necessary skills to enter or progress in the job industry.

Skills training are pivotal in progression in work skills that lead to securing a job or advancing from low skilled jobs into better career prospects. Dynamic Training UK continues to support job seekers to complete nationally recognised BTEC Work Skills certificate at Level 1 with enhancements in health and wellbeing in workplace, enabling individuals to change behaviours, confidence building, interview skills, team working, and behaviour management in the work environment.

Dynamic Training UK offers support outside the classroom environment and provide additional wrap around support- whether it is by assisting with improving CV, interview skills or by building confidence and working through communication skills in a professional environment. Our Assessors and Tutors provide one to one support, personal and social development and build additional links that will help the learners to achieve their goals.

We support individuals from diverse backgrounds and offer a flexible approach to meet their specific learning requirements and to fit learning around their life commitments i.e. childcare

Nadia Khan -Health and Social Care Pre-employment training programme at Dynamic Trainign UKOne of our learners Ratna has said: “I thoroughly enjoyed the course which gave a great introduction to Health and Social Care. The tutors were very friendly and supportive throughout the course (…) I am very pleased with my achievements.”

Nadia (pictured left) said: “The course worked for me because I could do my studies around my childcare (…) I would recommend this programme to all wanting to get back into work or study”

We value our learners and we feel proud when seeing them progress.
