Ways into Work- Tegan Duncan
Tegan completed a Level 2 Health and Social Care apprenticeship as part of Ways iinto Work project- an employment and training service founded for people with learning disabilities in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. The programme supported Tegan to fullfil her career aspirations as she returned to Manor Green School as a full time member of staff. "I really love the job. I always wanted to do something working with people so I did a Health and Social Care qualification"she said. "My favourite thing about the job is working with children".
Tegan worked really hard and her achievement could be a real inspiration to all those who face barriers to get into employment.
