Traineeships – a great way to help prepare you for the world of work
A traineeship is an education and training programme with work experience. It is designed to give young people the skills and experience that employers are looking for.
Traineeships are an ideal opportunity for young people, aged 16 to 24, who are motivated to get a job but lack the skills and experience that employers are looking for.
Those who have been unsuccessful when applying for an apprenticeship or other job due to a lack of skills and experience are most likely be good candidates for a traineeship. (Apprenticeships.gov)
Traineeships are supported by goverment funding which means we are able to offer support tailored to your needs at no cost to you. You will not be paid, but you will be given weekly allowance based on attendance and travel expenses.
