Being Tech Savvy Eases Online Learning Battles

We all view learning in different ways.  For some older folk they hear the word and immediately shrink into themselves, recalling perhaps years of being taught at the hands of less gentle and understanding school teachers.   I can remember some really shouty and vicious ones – who picked on the less able and shy pupils.  This is where online learning skills come to the fore – no teacher up the front of the class able to belittle the student who is already nervous and dfeeling subordinate.  Learning any skill, be it a craft or a school lesson, needs application from both the trainer and the student.  I have learned many new skills and hobbies from watching experts on the onine video platform  . . .  It’s so simple for me;  I just think of a topic and within seconds, hundreds of examples of ‘how to’ flood my tablet.    School and university lessons need something much more regulated to deliver the learning aspects of the school curriculum.  But with children already well versed in the use of technology, that is half the battle.
